On Wednesday, September 12, the City of Walnut Creek issued our site development permit at a pre-construction meeting with our builder, Hilbers, our architect, Goring and Straja and representative from Saint Matthew. We received our site development permits (one of several permits that are part of the entire development). At this meeting, we met the inspector assigned to the site development portion of the project.

Our superintendent, Marc Feedman, has moved on-site and the job trailer was delivered today. Over the next few days Marc will complete the preparation for demolition, including getting final disconnects and approvals from the public utilities.
Demolition should begin the week of Sept. 17th. Watch this site for the latest updates and pictures.
